Iggy Pop – I’m Bored (1979)

Won’t be the last appearance on these pages by the peerless Iggy Pop. He’ll be back in due course with TV Eye, Search and Destroy, The Passenger, Lust for Life and Pumpin’ for Jill at the very least.

However, I had to post this immediately after PIL’s epic “Careering” because: (a) they both came out in the same year; (b) I’ve posted a great video of each track recorded live at the Old Grey Whistle Test; (c) both Messrs. Pop and Rotten are now hot property in the advertising world – what’s cooler, butter or car insurance?
